Ryan was very friendly, hard working and no job to big for him. He relaid my patio and helped me build a braai (bbq) The work did cost a little more and was little longer both 100% understandable and yes the British weather. I would more than recommend Ryan and his company Foundations. Thank you again.

Ryan. It was me that showed you the property and the work to be done and I followed this up by meeting you on the first morning. Your quote was sent to me! I paid you with my own money!! I’m sorry, you cannot say you had to ask several times for payment. That is just not true! You arrived too early on the first day which caused my” husband” to be ill. You disappeared for 4 hours that day and did this repeatedly for 2 hours everyday after this. That is why you were asked what time you were finishing. Surely you need to do some work before expecting large sums to be paid to you? Is this how you behave to your customers? You were told immediately you asked where the money was. I have proof of this and your response. I have all the video rants and unpleasant messages you sent as well as my responses, which I am happy for anyone to see. I have reported you to Checkatrade and Bark. You need to think very carefully about work you accept and be honest with consumers about whether this matches your skill set. We now have to employ someone else to sort the mess you have left . Again I am very happy to provide photo evidence to anyone that requires it. You cannot just rant at your customers because they question what you are doing or are unhappy with your work. You could have put right what was wrong after the first day but you said I had to wait till you’d finished?! You were paid a lot of money Ryan but it’s now going to cost us a whole lot more

Oh my goodness! I have just logged on to this site to find the nonsense you have written here. You were paid in full and on time whenever you requested payment. You were rude and disrespectful repeatedly. You disregarded any comments about your work as it progressed. The issues drawn to your attention could have been resolved but your arrogant, misogynistic manner prevented it. As I have already pointed out the man you refer to is my husband and he is in total agreement about you and your work as are the tradesman we have had to employ to correct the shocking state of our garden caused by your work.
